Drip: three years of scaling community rewards
Three years on a Discord-native rewards platform with hundreds of thousands of users, where I worked across the bot, backend, frontend, infrastructure, and support.

Failsafe: crypto inheritance without seed phrases
A dead-man's switch for crypto on Stellar, with passkeys instead of seed phrases. Built in three days at Consensus Toronto 2025, where it won the Stellar track.
Final Bosu: engineering a three-day NFT reveal
The reveal site for an 8,888-piece collection that sold out in six minutes: a staged, three-day experience instead of a one-shot metadata flip.
